my dearie candice say i should update my blog. so here it is. seee im so guai? :)

the exams ended on 21st. though it was quite a disaster for me, nevertheless, i hope
my luck will still stick with me till this second last semester. pleaseee?
well.. heck.. just enjoy first!

yesterday night went out with candice serene and hanlong! suppose to watch stardust and timbre before that. but timbre was wayyy crowded that we didnt manage to go in but instead, went ben and jerrys! nice friend jj went to get doughnuts beforehand so that her friend candice could satisfy her craving. what a NICE friend right.(emphasis of point :P)

it is just great spending time with such friends.. joking around always.. hope we will remain this way! ktv soon!!!!! jj is craving for ktv!!! it's nice having a guy like hl around with us.. carry things for me and helping us do lots of stuff! guess me candice and ser will definitely agree!
and thanks for sending me home to my doorstep after the movie..:) thanks pretty candice for driving me home! love ya all!

once again i stand in awe of how much clothes i have.
no doubt im a shoppaholic and love clothes but.. sometimes i do feel
a little disgusted.

please do not be equally disgusted after you've seen the pictures below..
i know candice and ser wouldnt be shocked.. they paid a little visit to my
warehouse earlier on..

please do not say im messy. simply because you've never tried taking all the stuff out and trying hard to repack.. yet gave up knowing its impossible to pack.. cos theres no space for me to
even sort them out. that sort of exasperation..

too busy with my shop that i've stoopped updating. or rather the laziness in me?
or either cos been lazy to take pics so no pics to update? hmm..

anyway, after several years
i understood that im truly not a person who can forget certain things.
yesterday once proven that once the thorn is in my heart, and noone pulls it out,
it will forever stays. the memories will just keep coming back to me and
the fear in me still stays.
i do believe im not petty. and dont want to forgive. its cos i really cant forget.
i cant. no matter how much i try.

on a hindsight, when i was buying isa's present and saw forever friends bear,
it reminds me of something that happen few years ago.
guess i am really very bad back then. really evil. somehow i really feel

3 hour break spend in FAL. damn. got to spend every wednedsday this way. :(

just came back from movie and supper with gay gang. movie "secret" by jay chou is incredibly good. out of my expection.. no doubt the beginning part makes my hair stand with what they say..but it ends off well! interesting show :) dennis break some news to us which shocked me and shui!!! and then off to interogation time at suppers. nice to finally hang out and have supper with them.. we talked till 3am. though they are a group of gay friends(precisely since they are called gay gang) and i do prefer real man haha but i still like to hang out with them
and with my dear friend shui! the rest better dont draw line and hide things from us anymore k!! or can have the hot seat like dennis! haha :)

TW trip
yups i know tw trip update is way overdue but i still wish to record it down as part of my memories :)

Day 1 off to go in my pretty luggage bag! start of my 5d4n taiwan trip! landed at around 6pm and reached our hotel at 7pm. we decided to explore the ximending area tonight. We went around looking for good food to eat but could not decide on what to eat. shui's guide to tw came to my rescue! 阿宗面线at峨眉街it shall be!

when you are on a tour, thats when you do things which you wont dare to do back at home. this is what i mean. standing outside the shop with a bowl of mee sua and eat on the spot! you can tell how yummy it is just by the crowd outside the shop and people standing around eating!

This is the ice shop which we ate right after. look at the variety! however it is not cheap and cost around 7 sing.

Day 2

taiwanese love to keep dogs and they bring their dogs everywhere they go. and their dogs are all soo cuteee! they even push them around in those baby carts :)

xin guang san yuan which is a few buildings connected together and they house those branded goods

me and fabian on their MRT. glad i didnt take any cab when i was in taiwan. probably cos i cant as somebody wont allow me too.. but taiwan is indeed quite accessible through MRT.

eating some fen yuan dessert at wu fen pu - the wholesale market in tw. a must go but
shopping there is not satisfying for a shopping queen like me! boo! cos the stuff there are not really what i like and quite japanese style and rather flashy.

look at the ice!! its soooo fine and simply heavenly!

taiwanese favourite game in the arcade! such basketball machines are simply everywhere! we are addicted to the machine as well!

Day 3

fab suggested going to this cafe near our hotel to chill out in the morning. its a bubble tea cafe and the seats are swings. kinda interesting!

taken at yu ren ma tou at dan shui! kinda like that place, the atmosphere. would be so great to simply sit down with each other, feeling the breeze with some jazz music playing in the background. just feel so relaxed and at ease..

Day 4
breakfast at dunkin donuts cafe. was raining quite heavily so we were stucked there.

highlight of the day! toilet bowl theme restaurant! the idea of it disgusts me at first when i think of eating out of toilet bowls but when im there i dont really feel that disgusted afterall! quite fun experience! cute bowls :P
imagine curry in toilet bowl. ok enough said.

i feel so lost without my own camera. had to resort to using my hp cammie..
been procrastinating and wanting to tidy up my clothes in the cupboard,boxes all over the place. finally get down to work on sun!!
but.. this is what i took out and its only like 10% or even less of what i have.. and i realise its impossible to sort.. so i just pack abit then put them all back :(
my cupboard is simply TOOO small for all my clothes that makes it pointless to even pack it cos theres no place for me to hang my clothes at all! pukes blood.

today managed to get a cab without calling and peak hr charges AGAIN.

today's work has been hell.. feel so drained after that. i stare at all the
figures until my head start to spin and eye blurry. the power of work. indeed
never felt so exhausted for a long long time. think its worse than sitting for like..er..10 exams in a row.

well, point of consolation is that at least maybe now i am doing something more meaningful.

yay!! finally almost 2 weeks of PA has zoom past.. hope the rest of the EIGHT weeks will pass very fast too! then it will be 2 more weeks of holidays before school reopens! though school is like holidays to me too! but internship is not! i dread waking up so early in the morning and i kept dozing off after lunch which is BAD BAD BAD!!! any solutions to that?

but no doubt i learnt quite alot during the internship, about auditing.. it is really quite a tedious and tiring job i would say. can be stressful too when the deadline is near. so yar... i guess it will be a challenge for me when i become an auditor next time! now i finally understand why going to school or even taking exams can be better than working, like how parents used to tell us last time!

still remember how i used to dream about growing up faster so i can work like parents, without having to do any work when they are home.. now i wish school times can be longer. isnt life ironic sometimes?

this blog has been dead for a week. as my internship has officially started on may 14th.. there is simply no time to blog. having to wake up at 7am everyday and sleeping at 12 plus at night is no simple deal. heres a glimpse of my week.

Tuesday

a simple fare at 5 star chicken rice. nevertheless, it makes me incredibly happy. cos eating with the company i enjoy.. and my fave chicken rice restuarant. what more can i ask for on a tuesday after work?

Wednesday

met up with halite friends for dinner. talked about our internship experiences. fun! as usual the guys were undecided about where to go.. and i suggested crystal jade! though we went there like just..er..1 week ago? haha.. im falling in love love love with crystal jade's porriage seriously.. i remember years back i used to hate crystal jade cos my parents bring me there ever so often that i bar them from going there anymore! and now i am loving it! ironic isnt it?

on another note.. manage to get my spree stuff from xinrong and my lv bag!!!! and some gojane shoes from a spree organiser! happy day!

Thursday

met up with hanlong candice and serene for dinner.. on the way to meet them.. the walk from millenia to suntec i manage to get myself 2 pairs of earings from moshi moshi and ice cream from yami yoghurt! simple things like this make me happy! what comes next is a meal at sizzler with my dear friends and we had a hell lots of fun!! keep laughing nonstop till we having stomach cramps!!! lets hang out soon again kays?

we ordered teppanyaki chicken, spicy chicken, swiss chicken and appricott baked chicken. CHICKY meal indeed :)

went out with fabian's clique of friends to celebrate wenjie's birthday! the cake is real yummy!! we played in between that night and it was super duper hilarious k! so many of us zhong pole that night! i had to say A K really zhong pole very very very often lar!! anyone enlighten me as to why?

Saturday & Sunday

sat were spend lazying around with fab and watch the soccer match at night. quite an exciting match! both of us were waiting to see the cruel penalty kick le.. but then chelsea scored during extra time! so no penalty kicks to see..

chinatown is really a heaven for belts! still remember i used to spend like hell lot buying belts there! bought 2 today! it's amazing how i can spend so much today without buying much clothes but just accessories! diva is my new fave! i never steps out of diva without at least 4 items everytime these days! i love their sale! f21 arrived on that day! all my lovely dresses and tops!!!!! i love f21 too!

The folks have always been ask me if im eating at home. Maybe cos i have always been eating out. Anyway, so yesterday was the day when i finally dine at home. WOW. they really cooked a spread for me. Live steam fish, live drunken prawns, baked salmon, gung bao tian jie...the list goes on. My parents are not the kind that will tell me how much they love me. But deep down, I do know they want the best for me. I feel so bad when I am in a bad mood and I raise my voice at them. I feel so guilty.

And when i finally reached home at night, my mom rush out of her bedroom and immediately gave me a bowl of bird nest.

Yesterday was crystal jade day. Brunch Crystal Jade La mian Xiao Long bao dinne Crystal Jade Kitchen :)

my la mian but the steamed blurred my cam lenses :)
eric's wu xiang niu rou mian... mine is nicer! yeah.. sad to say the xiao long bao seem to be deproving.. mine had no soup inside when i picked it up and eat it! all dried up.. omg

fabian's udon, by my recommendation. but he hate it. haha too many chicken skin

we dabao-ed the whole chicken back to eat! wow :) the sauce sucks this time round though xinrong yuxin im disappointed :(

I wanted to do my facial today at slimming sanctuary but its fully booked, so I proceed to Jurlique instead. Yeah! Guess Jurlique is more exclusive :P I totally adore the place and their service! I'm bringing serene candice and xinrong there! Cos serene and candice wanted spa and my therapist gave me this voucher which we can do full body massage,facial, and body scrub for $150(U.P 300). Whole treatment is 2 hr 45mins!!! super shuang and shiok! can't wait man!!! I love how I smell after the facial.. it totally cheer me up! Rose is soo fragrant!

A cup of hot rose tea is served before treatment and after treatment

Met fabian for movie after facial.. after which we decided to eat something less painful for his pocket. at PS foodcourt! but nevertheless it tastes good... nice barbeque chicken! Walked over to this place near Sim Lim Square for dessert. I was craving for the mango ice dessert. Yum! Thanks fabian for introing me the place!

Mark's Birthday Party

Just came back from Mark's Birthday Party :) Had fun with my girlfriends candice and serene!
We were like entertaining ourselves right from we are on candice's car till we left mark's house :) so funny! serene were like being bullied very very badly...by evil candice! not me..

Today is what i call a perfect day :)

began with all the f21 and wetseal parcels arriving!!!!!!!! so many items!!! drives me crazy..seeing all the pretty pretty clothes really melts my heart! :) Opening the parcels

are just like opening presents.. its tt excitement which makes your heart beat faster faster!

In the afternoon, I went to meet my girlfriends - isa peishan xinrong yuxin to isetan again! this time i reserved one more top and bought a joop spag... not so satisfying shopping trip but oh well im happy with what i reserved! :) and girls outings just make my day...i love my girlfriends to bits!

i touched adobe after like so many years. still remember we have to like do up adobe homework back when i was in sec1 sec 2... and i always employed the help of my very pro computer friends to help me do them :) now i realise adobe is really a very great program! haha :)

and back when i was in sec1 sec2 we have to use macromedia flash to do homework... it is really very fun! though i cant find my old work anymore... but i remember they are all very nice!
i know it sounds kinda... but they are nice!

today is really a very long day...haven't felt so tired for really long already. began the day at 12pm at Rafflescity. supposed to have project discussion there. met up with sooo many people today...first my proj grp mates, then fab and yizhi, then went with yuxin and xinrong to support isa for her competition(ms paul and joe!:) what a packed day!

someday last week..i just thought of you...how you are away now and i cant tease you "auntie!" "suaku" anymore...cant "scold" you for being ignorant silly and all.. definitely missing it and missing you!

thought of our many dear friends in y8uth who are away in other countries studying..joyce char ai...many of our secondary school memories just came back to me once again.

WE were a bunch of crazy little girls back then. every recess we will sit at THAT very table in canteen and chitchat and laugh...guess many can often hear our laughters miles and miles away. miss turning back to charlene and zhiqing together with tablemate kaykey and singing those jay songs. miss seeing childish charlene using that nike waterbottle and have waterfight with joyce. miss the melaka trip where we sang throughout the entire bus journey. our craziness. laughters. gossips.

NBS foc 2006 :)

I've came back from foc camp! been 1 week plus actually le...but was really lazy to update and have no time to update! been hanging out everyday ever since the end of the camp.... anyway this entry is super image heavy! ;)

though the five days have been pretty tiring for me. but neverthless, it was good seeing the freshies having fun and all effort is worth it! hope they will remember nbs foc as the best camp they ever had in their lives :) realise i didn't include much photos that will show the programmes of the days, so as not to spoil the fun for other freshies in future. the camp brought back many memories of the camp last yr and i am really grateful for knowing my og mates who are my good friends now. nbs foc rocks!

y8uth@plaza market cafe

we are only 1 short for y8uth tonight! :) quite happy to meet up with them and have a dinner at raffles the plaza. After all, now that all of us are in different universities in different countries(ilynn shuz and soon char), it is increasingly difficult for us to meetup anymore. miss the goooood old days. we are just one crazy bunch who laugh ever so loudly whereever we go! life is never bored with all these babes around me. Still remember those 40 or 45 minutes of recess time spent on that very particular table in canteen where we crap and laugh. Really grateful that our paths crossed in 4/12. getting a little sentimental here....

ilynn is leaving once again for aussie on next mon and shuz is coming back on tt very same day! :( how incoincidental! if not we can have a even more complete y8uth + sunshine outing... oh well, i'm more than happy that today we can just meet up and talk and laugh and take lots lots lots pictures!

day ended with char shui and joyce trying to trick us! first, they bluffed us tt they are going to toilet. only realised that it was a lie when kk and qing went toilet and realised they are not there and have taken their bags when they left! then we kept trying to call them and they didn't answer their phone. expected. we decided not to bother anymore. when we are leaving the restaurant, char called ilynn telling her tt shui fell from escalator and she is very traumatised. smartie me manage to see thru this trick and tried hard to convince the gullible ilynn and qing! only kk is smartie like me. LOL. we went to look for them in the end and their acting skills really really need to be polished! and please make a better plot next time! they just love these kind of tricks!

Outing with gay gang

Realised that i never blog about them before - the gay gang. They are one group of 5 uniquely gay guys :) Sometimes me and shui are just so exasperated with their gayish behaviours, they are not called the gay gang for nothing.

went out with them to catch an early movie "spiderman returns" at 220pm suntec city. As usual, i fell asleep in the show. Not that it is boring, just that i have the habit of falling asleep in cinemas. hurhur.

I mentioned about Shangri-la buffet which i was lemming for. So we decided to carry out our $5 meal plans for the sake of our shangrila buffet...however, it was such a failure with my lunch coming to $7 and dinner coming to $25! we will try harder next time though! :)

Kenneth is a guy in gay gang that makes the lamest jokes of all times. Though they are sometimes quite "cold", nevertheless, his jokes manage to liven up every outing. I just admire him for his wit at times. It really takes some brain juice to be able to crack a joke out of EVERYTHING.

had a great dinner tonight. not so much of the food. but the company :) I am pretty sad that I didn't take much photos as the restaurant(giraffe) is very dark and i don't like photos taken with flash! and when we moved on to bakerz inn where it was brighter and i could take pics...my camera low batt! so sad. hope i have better luck next time.

Czech Republic vs Ghana

Biggest upset in worldcup 2006 so far! CZECH REPUBLIC 0-2 GHANAGhana made history with their first win at the FIFA World Cup™ finals as they defeated the Czech Republic 2-0! Don't know what czech was doing throughout the game... was totally disgusted by their performance! They don't even bother to fight for balls! Czech's defence is super lousy and attack is waaaay lousier than usual! If not for czech goal keeper Petr Cech's nice saves, Ghana would have won with a much larger margin! The ones supporting the underdogs will be so glad by ghana's victory!

fifa world cup 2006

finally the world cup is here again! after 4 loooong years :)

watched a couple of matches since the past few days and was quite disappointed in a number of teams. they just simply never perform up to standard. oh well... probably this is just the warm up...awaiting better games during knock off stage! :)

watched the spain-ukraine match..spain thrashed with 4-0! didn't know that ukraine will concede that many goals...but oh well... spain won so i won a little money! betting a little makes watching the game much more exciting!

I am waiting for Ronaldo to make history this world cup. Yes, so what if he is fat and Ronaldinho is more well liked now. He is still one of the very few talented and unstoppable striker in my eyes. Only 2 players have ever scored more goals in World Cup finals than Ronaldo, and with a single goal Ronaldo will equal Just Fontaine's 13 for France and overtake Pele as his country's leading World Cup goalscorer; 2 goals will see Ronaldo equal Gerd Muller's all-time record of 14, and anything beyond that will be World Cup history. Wow. Ronaldo is really on the verge of history.
